New building and plant comes on-stream at Roland

In accordance with our on-going policy of continued
investment in our facilities here at Wickham Market we are proud to announce
that our new building housing two state of the art 450 tonne presses is due
to be commissioned on March 1st this year.
This new plant will give us increased flexibility in our production
operation, along with the ability to manufacture mouldings up to 1.25kg
We are writing to you to advise you of this exciting development, and to
offer you this capacity for any larger mouldings that you might require,
which were previously outside our production range.
We are now capable of supplying mouldings from 0.10 grammes to 1.25 kilos
and would welcome any additional business you might have.
We are able to offer you immediate capacity in the new unit, which will be
backed up by our established facilities for tool manufacture and inspection,
all of which operate under our BS-EN-ISO 9001:2000 certification.
In addition to the manufacture of thermoplastic injection mouldings we are
increasingly involved in the production of sub-assemblies which complement
our moulding production, and would be very interested in supplying you with
any such assemblies.
